How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time applies to all orders.
How long does same-day processing take?
Same-day processing is available for eligible orders placed before 3:00 PM EST.
Please allow approximately 2–4 hours for processing unless otherwise discussed.
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days.
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days.
Do you offer same-day pickup & delivery?
Yes! Same-day pickup and local delivery are available for orders placed before 4:30 PM EST.
Please allow approximately 2 hours for your order to be ready.
What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue and make it right.
Are you open on Sundays?
No. Ianni Hair is closed on Sundays. No orders are processed, shipped, delivered, or available for pickup. Business resumes Monday.
What are your pickup hours?
Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Late pickups will be moved to the next business day. Orders may be canceled if not picked up and no communication is received.
What are your delivery hours?
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Missed deliveries will result in an inconvenience fee. Orders cannot be left at doorsteps or given to anyone other than the customer.
Do I need ID for pickup or delivery?
Yes. A valid photo ID is required.
The name on the ID must match the name on the order. This applies to both pickup and delivery orders.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Orders may be rescheduled up to three (3) times.
If rescheduled a fourth time, the order will be canceled.
